| REGISTRATION RULES FOR VISITING COLLEGES
1. All the interested teams must register by sending a mail to confluence.nitk@gmail.com with subject as Registration:<College Name>.
2. In any event not more than one team will be allowed to participate from the same college.
3. The registration fees which the teams will be required to pay on arriving at NIT Kurukshetra is as follows:
• Rs. 250/- per head with accommodation.
• Rs. 100/- per head without accommodation.
4. There is no entry fee for any particular event.
5. The fees once deposited will not be refunded back under any circumstances.
6. All the students must bring with them their ID-Cards which will be deposited at the INFODESK counter and the students will be issued CONFLUENCE 2010 ID-Cards after they deposit their registration fees. | |
